We stayed there before hiking the Sinemorets to Silistar rock and cliff hike in late March. Make sure to take lots of water (no shade - tough even in April) with you if you attempt this picturesque path - it was stunning. Great views during the hike - the beaches can use a little cleaning. There is a kids park near the BnB and a small food store past that.

Big, nice and clean rooms. The balconies of our rooms were looking to a nice garden. There is a table with chairs on each balcony. The house is located in the central zone. There is a restaurant next to it, but it was not disturbing or noisy at least on our side. The rooms don't have kitchen corner for cooking, but it they have a fridge and electric kettle for hot drings. For us it was fairly enough.
