Clean, good location, nice people.
They had put the AC to warm up the room BEFORE we arrived, which is rarely seen, but very nice of them!

Amazing place: the Koprivštica (Копривщица) of the Rhodopi is a great source of historical culture and of special food ( as the hot bread you can buy on the road to the Ethnographic Park) and drinks ( the traditional old style coffee) . The Delyu voyvoda museum is extremely interesting and worth a visit.

Very nice small town.
Very nice small town. A beatiful Old Town where you can buy hand-made items. We visited different places close to Kardjali but we did not regret we choose Zlatograd to stay and to drive to Perperikon, Tatul, The Stone Wedding, The Stone Mushrooms and The Devil's bridge.
The hotel or may be guest house is located really close to the old city of Zlatograd (3-4 min walking distance) and 10-15 min walking from the city centre.
There is no dedicated parking but you can park on the street.
Room is spacious, the mattress and pillows are fine and some of the rooms have a nice terrace. There is also a small fridge in the room.
For breakfast you have a choice of several options - all three were delicious.
I think that value for money is good.
The room was clean and spacious, if you could find it...
The breakfast was good and plenty, if you had the strength to walk from the hotel room to the breakfast area, cross the main road, cross a bridge above a river, find a bulding with no signs, turn left and walk in after asking the locals, then walk down a floor and there it is! Don't even think of going to your room after breakfast to brush your teeth or visit the toilet...
The location is truly amazing! I think the pictures can’t show the full beauty of the view.
The area also is beautiful. Make sure to visit the city Zlatograd that is very close. Also Greek beaches are 2 hours away. Awesome location!
The staff was very friendly and kind all the time. The food in the restaurant was exceptional, I can’t stress this enough!
Absentee hotelier - nobody met us when we arrived. We had to ask another guest to contact the owner and she told us to pick a room - however it was NOTHING like the picture on the booking.com. I’m quite disappointed with the fact that the owner did not meet us at checkin or contact us.
The location is just perfect for both, old and new towns. The hosts are nice and welcoming. Want to make you feel at home. Very clean and relaxing hotel. Pick the room at the riverside. Good breakfast. Very good coffee shops and restaurants around.
The view is beyond amazing, the room had plenty of space and was very very clean. The host was very nice and treated us as friends. I would definitely like to come back, since it was one of our best stays in Bulgaria.
Great view, on the top of the mountain with very naturative environment. Sunny days and quiet nights. Friendly and smiling staff. Excellent food. Zlatograd area with the villages arround are nice.
A nice little hotel. Basic facilities but that's what the cost reflects. Didn't make it for breakfast butt he dinner was very good and reasonably priced.
Easy walking distance to old town.
Very clean and people nice. Thr owner doesn't know English but had a neighbor that help us checking.
The restaurant is a must see for traditional way of living from past Bulgaria.
A lovely old style hotel in the old part of the town. It was very clean and comfortable, the staff were all very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious.
the best hotel in the region for miles. staff is very polite, unusual for Bulgaria. especially Boryana in reception always trying to make sure you feel looked after!
