Absolutely everything. Starting from booking until check out. We stayed at bungalow. It was amazing! Very very very clean!! Amazing view! everything about this property is just perfect. Main building has plenty of entertainment for kids in case of rainy weather. Very tranquil place, but has plenty activities to not get bored.
Very attentive team. Smooth check in and check out process. Good restaurant.

The small house was in the middle of the forest on the end of a dirt road, so it is perfect for people who want to get out to nature and away from the crowd. Our house was spacious and had big windows on two sides through which the sunrise could be admired from the bed. There are no restaurants on site and you'll definitely need a car to reach the hotel.
The owners are super nice, they do not speak any English but still took very good care for us. They took us on a little hike to the waterfall close by.
The view from the room is indeed beautiful, the hot tube works well, the restaurant is excellent (although a bit expensive), the staff is helpful and clearly professional (what's not very often in Brazilian "pousadas"), the outdoors area has many options of trails for hiking and high views. The highlight of the hotel is the natural property, including an amazing waterfall where you can swim.
The location is great and the place is just amazing. They put a lot of effort in building and maintaining the entire hotel and you feel completely immersed in nature. Breakfast is fabulous.
