Nice new facility - everything new. Breakfast good. Location good: Walmart, Dollarama, banks, Tims, etc all within a few mins walk or a few blocks by car (Original "Downtown" and hiking trails a couple of KM west on Bowes). Hotel close off Highway 400 too.
Note that the hotel is "pet friendly" so you are likely to see dogs in the lobby.
There are EV chargers out front (Level 2) and a Tesla/NACS high-speed charger (Level 3) a block or two east, on Louisa St (driveway just past the PetroCan/Starbucks, north of Bowes).

Great location to the waterfront. Central to downtown. The room had great character and the bed and linens were very comfortable. Shower temperature and pressure were excellent. Breakfast was served in the morning. I nice collection of items to start your day.

Liked the privacy and quiet (with the exception of the very near train traffic)

beautiful lake, good beach, space for beach volleyball that a group of teens were playing, inflated rafts to play on. Some chairs to use on the beach. The (tiny) bunkies are brand new, very clean, airconditioned! microwave, small fridge and coffee machine provided. It's great to have an affordable place to go to and have access to a Muskoka lake. You would not spend much time in this tiny space, but it's better than a tent, and you have a beach.
I love Parry Sound for the closeness you feel to nature.
I love Parry Sound for the closeness you feel to nature. If you’re lucky, you might spot a deer walking down the street. A great place to eat breakfast is Trappers. People are so friendly, need to find something, just sop and ask someone on the street. My favourite spot is the tower on the hill.(George Street). Museum is so interesting. Beach is well maintained. I go a few times a year.

Its a very pretty area.
Its a very pretty area. We were lucky enough to visit on dry days even though it was mid September. A little cool in the mornings/evenings so enough to wear a light jacket when required. The town has lots to see and do with different shops and restaurants etc. We would have taken in the Heritage Museum but it is closed Mondays/Tuesdays. However the gardens around the Museum are lovely even in the Fall. Our highlight was the boat trip around the islands. Our trip was a 3 hour afternoon cruise on the Island Queen. Quite a large craft but fairly quite at this time of year, The ship is a triple decker with 2 enclosed decks plus the top deck being open. We found it cool at times but could easily move below where it was warm and still have the same visibility. A lovely experience.

It's a small community, probably a vacation destination.
It's a small community, probably a vacation destination. It seemed to have the basics. We did go to the water front and it was very pretty. I'm sure during the summer season it is gorgeous.

While in Parry Sound, we took the Island Queen Boat Tour. Beautiful scenic views on Georgian Bay! We went up to the lookout tower, and although the tower itself was closed, the area was beautiful and still offered a great view of the water. We went on a hike as well on the Rose Point Recreational Trail. Easy walk but so beautiful!

Beautiful little town with a sunset that is breathtaking and a waterfront that is refreshing! The Trestle Brewing Company was the perfect spot to take it all in ... and their vegan burger is one to try! Even a carnivore won't miss meat with this dish. I'd come back to this town for that burger!
Great value for the price. Clean. Has a hair dryer and a fridge in the room. Has a microwave and a toaster by the hotel entrance.
Also a home style coffee maker by the hotel entrance. It was empty, perhaps if we leave later (i.e. after 7am), there may be coffee available. Not sure.
Bed on the harder side, buy we didn't mind. We had a comfortable sleep.
Review from my 10-year-old daughter: Nice bathroom, big closet, comfortable bed. It was cozy. Right downtown in Parry Sound. Comfortable space for a little motel. Two armchairs and a coffee table. The price was excellent. Easy access to the arena for a hockey tournament.
Note from the grown-up: the staff were friendly and helpful.
10/10 satisfaction! Excellent location with amazing prices. The space was very clean, comfortable and had all amenities needed and more! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended! Feeling grateful to have found this location for all our future stays in the Parry Sound area.
booking thru this site was easy .. however the Inn did not allow pets... the staff however was excellent in helping me find another hotel and even called the other hotel and helped me book that without hesistation. I would recommend the Inn to anyone despite not being able to stay.
Good location just off the main highway in the town of Parry Sound. Close to a choice of restaurants and other amenities. The motel is cute, comfortable, and clean. We had a delicious dinner at the Legend Distillery in the downtown area. Great spot for a one-night stay.
The hotel is brand new and clean. They have an amazing breakfast which has all the options. Our room was cozy and big enough for myself, my husband and our daughter. The beds were comfortable and they provided a crib for our daughter.
The room was very clean and the facility well maintained. The family managing the hotel was friendly and helpful. Also, the location was good as we could walk easily downtown, where the waterfront and restaurants were very pleasant.
super clean! friendly staff/owners. breakfast for the next morning was neatly packaged and given to us at check in - looked much better than some take away breakfasts I’ve seen at larger hotels.
The included breakfast was minimal at best. The location was very convenient and easy to get to anywhere I wanted in Parry Sound. The price was inexpensive. Cleanliness was 10/10!
Breakfast mediocre, coffee bad. Rooms clean, basic. Most nearby hotels sold out, so we paid $270 to stay here which was a ridiculous price for a Comfort Inn
