I will say thay the young man at the front desk was very friendly but the room we had originally paid for, smelt really bad, Front desk gave us another room but not what we paid for as we booked a kingsize and were given 2 queens with a kitchenette, as that was the last one available. Room smelt like old cooked food.Carpets and chairs were stained and dirty. Mug for coffee was visibly dirty. Tub drain was caked with mould and scum. Bed sheets were clean. All in all ,probably one of the most unpleasant stays we have ever had.

Getting into the car and travelling a short distance for things to do. Enjoyed the Scandia mini golf.........a safe and fun way to enjoy the company of family. Also went up to Turtle Bay. Awesome lake with a relaxing beach. Being across the street from SaveOn made for quick and easy shopping to pick up quick dinners rather than do take out every night during this covid time.MayCanada - 2.0Scored 2.0

I wanted to cancel the reservation (Serious plan change)and was told I could not! Money was not refunded! Re: Policy! I had booked in the morning and in the pm wanted to cancel. I certainly will not book that hotel again. Their business model sucks. Only based on greed! The property and booking.com kept passing the buck! Just outside the Kelowna area so you were close to the surrounding areas like lakes, etc. The Inn is older, but it is maintained which is important and shows that the owners care. Things like keeping up with painting the walls, trim, etc was noticed for sure. The grounds themselves were well maintained too. The AC worked like a dream and kept it nice and icy cool during the heat wave. The unit had a large mini fridge and which is as nice. I would stay here again.AAnonymousCanada
