Les habitacions estan bé però els hi falta una renovació. També és cert que Suïssa és molt car i potser la relació qualitat-preu és diferent.

Está molt bé el Pàrking pel cotxe amb accés directe a les habitacions de l'hotel. Bon detall de benvinguda a l'habitació amb l'ampolla de cava. Bona situació geogràfica al centre de Lugano.
