nice and helpful receptioist when we came. But when I asked a question through booking prior to arrival the hotel ignored, them when I called the peraon who answered was clueless and misled me woth wrong info. When checking out the receptionist was not professional. Luckily the manager was there and he immediately.solved the issue

Well flew into Zurich Airport and stayed at budget hotel, ideal for traveling around . Lots to discover when in Zurich city. You have to play your day also get a tram pass for your stay. You can hope on and off a points and places you would like visit. Visiting the old city Zurich was highlight. Tram drive down to the main hub was very nice as you went pass all different buildings. Lots to see and eat, also if you are looking for history old buildings old footpaths through the old city was great. You have to be fit. As a tourist I will be heading back. Would like to spend more time walking around the churches and find all the hidden gems in it. Ibis Budget hotel was nowhere near the hotel for walking.
Ibis Budget hotel was nowhere near the hotel for walking. Taxi was 17 Swiss Francs and it wasn't until daylight that the tram was best option. The customer service answers quickly we called mostly every day to ask silly questions and they answered, the room is small but perfect for the couples, bathroom’s door was transparent so u must have an ultimate relationship with ur partner 😆but everything was perfect. The location is far from the center but just right next to train station it takes seconds to walk for it , we had a car but we used the train twice and it was coming frequently and it takes around 20 minutes to get to the center u want even feel it , i found it very comfortable and cozy and perfect for its price it has supermarkets and restaurants near by and open for late hours which was perfect for us when we come home hungry, i totally recommend it

We really didn't spend any time here other than staying at the hotel. It's about a half hour tram ride into the centre of Zurich from here, and two stops to Kloten airport. Close to the airport - 3 min by bus 768 + 2 min by walking from bus stop. It was very easy to find everything. For going to the center, I came back to the airport and took the train which took me to HB in 10 min. I had luck and my room was ready until 15:00, so at 12 I checked-in and went to explore the city. The room is great, the breakfast is very nice, personal attention by Bernard is excellent. My expectations are fully fulfilled.

I will continue to stay here when flying into or out of Zurich airport. The owners made some improvements since my last stay. There are now four guest rooms, not six, which makes for a quiet stay. The kitchen has also been redone and is very nice. The rest of the place is as before, with the room clean and the bed very comfortable.

There is a shop nearby and the code access is simple and easy to follow. The general interior of the room is nice and modern… not sure about the necessity of a glass wall between the shower and the bedroom (can be covered with curtain).
