Helpful, at every turn. A glass of wine while sitting at the patio, overlooking Lake Lugano was amazing. Need to remember, the building is over a hundred years old, so it's not your typical Hotel. If arriving by train there's a direct bus to the hotel. The hotel provides only breakfast but there's a pizzeria and two other restaurants a few metres away.
