The location, the hotel staff, the spa facilities, the wonderful spa treatments, the delicious food and excellent waiters and waitresses, the ease of transport by bus or boat (free bus ticket provided plus discounts on activities in the area)..... the list goes on and on. Most importantly we came home relaxed and rejuvenated from this lovely experience.

The beds were extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and always very helpful. Our room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Dinner and breakfast were excellent with extremely good buffets. We had good spa experience, the salt pool and the gardens are fabulous. Our dog was welcome and the hotel rules were clear and sensible. A very enjoyable stay and we hope to return.

View at the mountains and the lake was superb, we liked salt water and inside pool, swimming in the lake, food: breakfast, dinner any snacks, relaxing atmosphere. The facilities are exceptional, the staff helpful and professional. It is an excellent base for exploring the region. Local bus stops just outside the hotel.
