The reception is very friendly and gave me free upgrade to the executive room. This is the best value for money hotel in central Beijing. That's why I keep coming back. The room is extremely spacious and bathroom is very good size. I like the well equipped gym, never has more than three people. The pool is a standard 25 meter pool and not busy that you can do proper laps. The location is very central, short taxi rides to all places and tube station is 5 mins walk away.
