Tibasosa is a small town in a beautiful valley of Boyacá.
Tibasosa is a small town in a beautiful valley of Boyacá. Looks very safe and quiet. There are no noisy places. The town is very clean and organized, beautiful houses. There is a very beautiful park close to the town called Guatika. Is really a very enjoyable place, with many kind of experiences. Tibasosa is located in the center of the best area of Boyacá, very close to Pueblito Boyacense in Duitama, Tota Lake, Paipa, Monguí, etc. The most beautiful towns and areas of this area of Colombia. The weather, although a little bit cold, is really nice and enjoyable. Very nice restaurants in the area.

Tibasosa is a pretty town in a lovely area.
Tibasosa is a pretty town in a lovely area. We were there during the week and observed the life of a pueblo - funerals in the late afternoon, etc. We were told that the place really gets going on the weekends when the city folks pour out of the cities for some needed rest. In fact, we arrived a little bit early but they received us without problem. The breakfast is very good and facilities were pretty nice. The view is beautiful because the hotel is located in the highest site of town.
