The view on the volcano was fantastic. The room was spacious and the location was very convenient, easy access to both the town and the trailheads of the volcano.

Best view of the Arenal Volcano.
We stayed 3 nights, but 2 would be enough. We visited ecological reserve and Selvatura Park. The host served delicious breakfasts. We also ate dinners at the lodge. It was a very tasty local food with great presentation. The host, Eulogio, recommended a hike to the falls on the property, and we followed his advice. It took us about 1 hour to complete the hike and see the falls.

We stayed for just one night in a beautiful 2 bedroom lodge which was well equipped, very comfortable and clean. It was ideally situated for us visiting the hanging bridges at Mistico Park which was directly opposite. It's a little out of the way so you would need a car to get around ideally (we easily got an uber from La Fortuna) but the plus side of that is that it is in a truly peaceful location in the rainforest with plenty of wildlife literally on your doorstep and a lovely view of the volcano - it was so relaxing we didn't want to leave! A delicious breakfast is served in the hotel down the road but there is a courtesy bus that takes you there and collects you again, so it is no problem. The staff were all extremely professional, friendly and helpful. A really lovely place to stay, thank you.

The highest benefits of these accommodation is definitely the location and the amazing view from the window. Is it better to stay at the edge of La Fortuna, because the town is very rush and traffic. The cottage was very clean, spacious and comfortable, the staff was helpful, the breakfast was inventive and very good. The air-conditioner worked very well. When you are traveling by car, is it possible to park in the grounds.
