We booked the villa based on the comments that said the owners took care of the property and its guests, and I'm happy to report that it's indeed a 10/10 option! The villa is in a quiet location, you can sleep like a baby, with only the birds chirping. There's plenty of space (4 bedrooms on 2 floors), a large kitchen with access to courtyard, and many small things that made our stay pleasant: ice in the freezer, watering the fridge, conveniently placed trash cans on the property, and whatever you need to make fresh juice, brew coffee or cook dinner. It is obvious that the owners take care of the property and this makes you feel at home, like visiting good friends. The communication was easy and fast. Location-wise, it's 30-40 min from Paphos, 20-25 min from Latchi, you are a short drive away from the zoo, or a hike to Blue Lagoon, or going to sea caves. Our kids loved the stay, and I totally, absolutely recommend this house as a great getaway spot!

From the moment I stepped into the presidential suite, I was enveloped in opulence. The spaciousness and beautiful decorations immediately set the tone for a truly special experience.
The suite boasted a small living room area, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal at the table provided. The bedroom was spacious and the bed incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. But the highlight was undoubtedly the veranda overlooking the breathtaking Akamas Bay. Waking up to the sight of the sea every morning was simply magical.
The bathroom was a sanctuary in itself, featuring a modern shower that felt like a soothing waterfall, and a jacuzzi that provided ultimate relaxation. Everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall feeling of luxury.
The hotel's attention to detail extended to the dining experience as well.
Breakfast by the pool was a highlight, with a variety of fresh and tasty options to choose from. The tranquil setting made it the perfect start to each day of my stay.

great location if you want a peaceful holiday. You need a car as its location is in the hills above Polis, there are a number of excellent restuarants though within 15 minutes drive ,especially Fytos on the outskirts of Kathikas.

Is one of the few places in Cyprus that you can actually escape from daily routine. The village is small and very quite so use it for charging your inner batteries. Walk in the nature around the village and clear your mind from stressful thoughts.
You can visit the nearby villages for food. Miliou and Kathikas which are both 15-20 minutes walking. In Kathikas you may find a variety of places for food, drink and a mini market.
