ホテル、レストランのスタッフの人々が皆親切でした。部屋は広く、掃除も行き届いています。 夜は寒かったですが、ヒーターも電気毛布も用意されていて問題なかったです。 オフシーズンだった為夜のレストラン営業は週末のみでしたが、ラッキーな事に金曜の夜に伺う事ができました。 前菜のディップが美味しすぎて食べすぎたため、最後のラムの煮込みまで辿り着けず、心残りです。 禁煙部屋でのご飯を希望したため、ライブ演奏が見られない部屋だったのですが、ご飯の後にせっかくだからデザートの時だけでもと席を用意してくださって、地元の人々とライブ演奏を楽しみました。ワイン（特に白）が美味しかった。 食後酒を色々な方にご馳走になってしまいました。皆さんに感謝です！
