Because we were traveling with our dog, the location across the street from a big lovely park was excellent. We really enjoyed passing through there on the way too and from the town center. The breakfast buffet was outstanding too. Lots of Czech specialties in addition to the typical continental breakfast items that were quite high quality.

Not too far from the Olomouc Bus Station (6-min walk) but the way to hotel could be very dark/a bit terrifying if you walk by yourself. The tram station for the old town is just in front of the hotel.
The self check-in process was very convenient and the staffs (located in Theather Hotel) were also very kind and helpful.
