The location is very good. It is easy to walk everywhere. Just be aware that some noises may be heard at night as it is in a central zone.
The room was quite clean. The towels and linens were clean.
The staff is helpful. I had trouble accessing some websites outside Germany. It was resolved within a few hours after notifying them. They also helped me leave my luggage after checking out of the hotel.

Very clean spacious room. Very powerful shower with lovely shampoo and soap. Great location 5 mins walk from train station and right in the Center of Nuremberg but was quiet. Reception open till 8 after that you use your room card to gain entry. Very safe and very efficient. Excellent japenese restaurant downstairs well with a visit.. Only negative for me was lack of fridge. Would stay again.
