The hotel is clean and modern. The beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are updated. My wife was even excited when she saw the Dyson style hair dryer. They took care of several little things that made the hotel feel high-end. The town itself is a huge selling point for me. It is a beautiful walled town that hasn't been fully commercialized. Do yourself a favor and get up early for a walk around the inside perimeter of the wall, it made the stay for me.

Really recommend this hotel. Quiet, clean, and comfortable. Good value. Helpful, friendly staff. A superb breakfast. Very centrally located for all sights in the Altstadt. About 20 mins walk from the Hauptbahnhof. I would definitely stay here again if I am back in the area.

The apartment is on the first floor, via some outdoor steps. Outside parking available across the street. A well equipped kitchen, a lovely large bedroom/sitting area with Tv and a great bathroom.
