The rooms were great. We had two rooms in the annex building. Very new and very large. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was very kind and made four fresh croissants for us, direct from the oven! The restaurant is fantastic and we ate there two nights. All of the food was delicious but the steaks were participating good. Highly recommend the restaurant and hotel!NNathanGermany

Very clean and spacious room, with blackout blinds and baby friendly. The dinner was very good and the prices were reasonable. Breakfast was also superb. I would highly recommend this hotel. We will certainly return if our road trips bring us this way in the future.

A splendid restaurant that cooked up great dinner for us, despite few at the hotel, and excellent breakfast. Has a small pub as well. We visited in the summer, but if you arrive during hunting season the restaurant also serves game animal (deer, boar etc).

Typical german gasthof ,very pleasant,,good food and nice terrace facing occational noisy street. Rooms comfortable and quiet ,easy parking. Garrel a bit off the beaten track, but easy enough to get to,and not far from two motorways.

My struggle was that this is so rural that I had no choice but to drive everywhere in order to see anything. But nothing to fault the hotel with.
