It’s a great hotel. Very comfortable with attentive staff. Good dinner and breakfast. We walked up the hill from the village, along a track on the right as the houses finish - a gentle climb up to the crest and a view into Switzerland. Then back via the ski drag lift top to Gersbach - 1.5 hours of alpine meadows and skylarks. Descent is by a steep road back to hotel. A great short walk.

We had a pleasant stay in a large family room, bed were comfortable and the room was clean. Everything is quite old fashioned at the hotel. Dinner was tasty for a good price. Breakfast wasn’t that great.

A very nicely situated, furnished, and organised guest house. The staff were friendly and the (bath)room was nice. The single bed is also fine for me, given the reduced price. Breakfast in the morning was well prepared, though only starts at 08:00 on the weekends.

The staff were super friendly and everything was very clean. You could use a big swimming pool if you had swimmers, which we didn't.😏. The owner kindly organised a taxi to pick us weary walkers up from Hasel and next morning drove us back to where hike continued, very helpful. Thank you. Dinner was lovely. Breakfast served from 6.30am! Wow.
