Only a couple of minutes walk from the beach, a restaurant, a supermarket and a lovely walk along the Fjord and into the forest (via Dammweg). Also access to a nice forest walk directly outside the building -perfect for a shorter walk with the dog.

The location is ideal; with parking nearby and the centre of town, and the bus station within easy walking distance. Our room was of a good size and quite adequate for our stay. The toilet was spacious and fitted out to accommodate disabled guests. However, unless all the toilets are fitted out in a similar fashion throughout the hotel, I cannot understand why ours should be allowing disabled access when it was located on the fourth floor. The breakfast provided guests with a wide selection to choose from and was well displayed, although the serving area needs to be enlarged. It became somewhat congested at times.
Very good German breakfast. The owner baked the eggs himself. It is more a motel than a hotel used by truckers and people that need just a one night stay during their journey towards home or holiday location. Very good, but sparse rooms; very clean. Just everything you need for a one night stayover
