The hotel was very easy to find and well situated for walking to the centre of Baden-Baden, the carpark was easy to access from the main road and there was plenty of spaces and room to manoeuvre. Check in was a breeze and soon we were in a bright clean room with a view of the inner courtyard. Happily, tea and coffee was available in the room. The bathroom was a fair size with a powerful shower. We found several appealing restaurants within easy walking distance and later enjoyed a stroll around the very beautiful old city centre. Breakfast was a mixture of hot and cold buffet selections which fuelled us for the day. Overall, a very satisfying overnight stay.

- The room was spacious and extremely well designed - both from aesthetic and functional points of views (e.g. enough places to hang towels). - Room service is amazing - you can order all of the dishes of the Asian fusion restaurant downstairs. - The Spa is great - we enjoyed both the (hot) sauna and the steam bath. You also get really comfy bathrobes in the room. - The AC is very silent and works very well to keep the room at a temperature. - The breakfast has many choices and is very tasty. - The Wifi is fast enough for movie streaming, despite the hotel having many guests at the same time! In so many hotels this is unfortunately still not the standard - so we positively noticed this here.

Helpful friendly staff. Lovely clean room. We atr in the restaurant one evening. The food and service were superb. Breakfast is great value and has lots of choice. Everything was freshly prepared for is.

Good location, very nice town. Hotel has nice site with recommendations about surroundings (shopping, restaurants) Room was clean, air conditioning was working fine. Even though hotel is close to train station, when windows are closed, you can't hear any sounds. Stuff was very friendly.
