Seevital Hotel is medium-sized design hotel directly on the promenade, just couple of meter away from the water.
However the room we stayed in faced the street and the city hall so we did not get to enjoy the view out across the lake. The room has an ok size for two people, it has open plan with only the toilet being separate. It was very well lit (3 windows), clean and comfortable. Mattresses could be better, nevertheless they were ok for a short stay (2 nights).
Next to the regular mini bar amenities, the room includes a small coffee station (Nespresso) as well, which is quite a nice touch for coffee lovers.
The staff was very pleasant.

Small and cozy town located between Lindau and Friedrichshafen. The town has good train connections which is 10 minutes far from the hotel and approximately 30 minutes by train to Friedrichshafen and also Lindau. Lovely spot on Lakes. Good views and nice walkways. Easy to get to , train , bus and ferry services connecting town. Using public transport on travels , the Bondensee card offered by accommodation most helpful ( you do pay for it indirectly as properties charge a city tourist tax) Lots of different types of food options available and a couple of supermarkets ( name brand and bio places). Went to nearby marinas. Amazing places , huge , also had shops and a flash looking restaurant. Great walking and bike tracks from here along lake , towards next town. Found lots of nice spots to sit by lake or swim. Stopped at a little place under shady trees , few beverages and a meal.AAnonymous - 10Scored 10

We have stayed at Langenargen several times normally with some friends but this time we were alone and walked about, finding things we didn't know were there before! We ate at several places but our favourite was Gaststätte Krone (which I recall visiting twice this trip alone and in previous years too). It was not too far from were we stayed

It is a good place for kids as there is a nice garden with small play ground and seesaws. Also the beach is very good for swim and the view is quite good. We also saw the storm coming with gusty winds and rain. The boat ride we took was from Langenargen till Mainau. It takes around 2 hours. Later we realised that you could take train to avoid loss of time. But as this was with ship so we took the experience. The boat trip costs 32€ round trip per person.

Not too crowded, cozy town with plenty of opportunities to walk around the city. Organic "bio" store nearby, large grocery store also within walking distance, but a bit further away. The Italian "Spaghetti Haus" was surprisingly good and had friendly staff, and stayed open later than a lot of the other options around town.StephenGermany

It's in a quiet neighborhood, with great access to walking paths and a river flowing through orchards of blooming fruit trees, it was very idyllic. The staff were very flexible when our arrival plans changed, and made sure we could still get into our rooms. They are redoing the hotel interior and it's very comfortable and nice. And the price was great. The restaurant also had very nice outdoor seating.
