Friendly greeting by Pauline! In traditional dress. Many of the staff spoke English. Beautiful reception area. There was a lift to the second floor. We had room 210, which looked over the square. The room was spacious and the bathroom was immaculate and the shower was amazing. We had a vaulted ceiling so the room felt very airy, even when the window was shut as during the day the road was noisy but not at night. The breakfast was vast and varied, hot, cold, or continental everyone was catered for. We arranged for a family meal one evening, and the cook was unwell, but they still provided our party with choices from the menu. Would definitely stay again. Parking was not an issue, but there is a market on Tuesday's ,there are notices everywhere,

I can highly recommend this accommodation! It is so much kid friendly, which is really rare in Germany! So kind staff, tolerant to my curious child. Restaurant very cosy, in traditional style, tasty cuisine. Special place for kids with toys, painting, coloring books, board games etc. Comfy king size bed (quite soft) with entrance to courtyard gallery. No sounds hearable during night. Very nice and rich breakfast buffet (delicious hot chocolate and coffee). I only missed some warm offer (scrumbled eggs, sausages etc.), but that is not essential.

We booked a double and a single room and they gave us an apartment which was lovely and spacious. Great kitchen facilities and nice to be able to sit and chat with our friend. Breakfast was worth every cent - amazing and way too much for us!!!!

An excellent hotel, very clean, comfy, with a great cozy atmosphere. Super friendly owners and staff. Everyone was very helpful. We were traveling with two infants, everything in the room was prepared for them, and we were welcomed with small gifts for the babies. Super tasty, fresh breakfast with good choices. We were offered very good loose-leaves tee which, for us being tee fans, is very rare and much appreciated. This has instantly become our favorite hotel in this area. This is how hotel service should lookl like. We're certainly coming back! :)
