I loved the tram up to the mountains, however I wish it was not raining. The countryside is just beautiful. We are at a little Italian restaurant with great pizza. The owner was so much a happy go lucky host. Great area to visit.MarieUnited States of America

The location is perfect as a starting point for 1-2 hour drives to many smaller and interesting villages in the region. It is a much better place to stay than in Freiburg City itself which is crowded, expensive and finding parking is very hard. The hotel itself is very cosy, comfortable, clean and has a nice vibe. The staff is very helpful and the wifi was also great.
