The booking showed a price including 2x breakfast. 128,80 Euro I asked to remove 1x breakfast because I came alone. The staff asked if it was ok to receive the invoice by mail because they were struggling to make the adjustment. When I received the mail with the invoice, I replied that the invoice was wrong. The final price including 1 breakfast the same total as with 2x breakfast The parking fee was also wrong. 15 Euro instead of 12 Euro. Nobody was available at the reception, in the morning when checking out. NO ANSWER for my email, from the reception.

Lovely Bavarian style decor. Breakfast was delicious and had everything one could think of. Close location to the S-Bahn. Stayed there during Easter weekend and they put chocolates in front of every room over night, so when we got up there was a bag of chocolates, which the kids loved especially.

Never judge a book by its cover became reality for me. Looking at the hotel from outside even online I wasn't sure but to my surprise it was very clean, the rooms are very spacious staff we met was welcoming and helpful.
