The hotel is very close to the city center, in a very quite place. The room was clean, there was water and some coffee capsules. We personnel was nice and friendly. We even had a chance to leave our luggage in the storage room. Very nice stay, can only recommend.

The hotel is a family business and therefore it has an individual character and approached towards the guests. There is a main building and a side wing. My room in the side wing offered a lot of space (including the bathroom) as did the lobby and breakfast room in general. Furthermore the room was very quiet . The buffet breakfast is standard German, bread, coffee, cooked eggs, jam, fruit, water and juice and so on. Breakfast is mainly served from 6.00 am on weekdays and on weekends between 6.30 and 7.00 am. The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the train station and important bus junctions. Even the hotel is on the side of the train station which is facing away from the center, the center and the old town can be reached in 5-6 minutes by foot. Restaurants and shops are in the immediate vicinity. It was also nice that you only had to pay when you checked out.

Everything looked good, stuff was very friendly and helpful, food was good. I found really nice that they were talking in English. Also view from our room was really amazing!
It was like being at a 5 Star hotel. The host was the most gracious that I have experienced so far iin my travels. I cycle the Swabian Alps area all the time and I stay in various Hotels and Airbnb locations. Franks accommodations were top notch. He treats you like a long lost friend. He provides information on the local area. He cooks for you. I didn´t want to leave! Amazing place. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Reutlingen area.
Very nice and clean, family-owned hotel. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff who want to make sure you're having a great stay. My room was very nice and clean, the beds were adequate and I slept well (I just wish hotels would have newer and more comfortable memory-foam mattresses in general). The shower was small for me as a bigger dude but it all worked out to my satisfaction. Really enjoyed the breakfast!
So friendly staff. Location is just by train station and within 2min walk you're on the central market place, super convenient. Rooms are comfy and clean. A very practical stay. I regularly travel to Reutlingen and it's my go-to hotel! My kids find they serve the "best cocoa in the world" for breakfast. Cause it's served with a smile :-)
I had an outstanding stay at this place!!!
The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Reutlingen.
The host was extremely supportive and accommodating!
I will certainly book it again, and I highly recommend this apartment! Great value for money!
Great apartment for our family of four including two teenagers. We loved the location as it is central to lots of things we were doing: Burg Hohenzollern, city of Tübingen, Atomkellermuseum and AlbThermen in Bad Urach. Also very close to Stuttgart airport.
The gym and pool area were great even if a couple gym equipment (one of them being the leg press, unfortunately) and not all saunas or spa areas were functional.
Breakfast was nothing exceptional but good.
We would gladly stay again.
I liked the view from the balcony
loved the fact that it's an apartment, so you can get way more comfortable than a hotel
Everything was clean and tidy
The size of the rooms is more than enough
A smart TV 😍❤️❤️
It's clean, well-equipped, smells good. In the lobby there were lots of sweets and beverages, also a kettle in the room with tea and coffee.
I especially liked that they took no fee for my dog.
Really nice hotel
I have stayed here before self check in its perfect for self catering type hotel apartment easy to check in and check out staff clean rooms every day I like it as it's near city centre quiet safe and secure
This was the fourth time we stayed in Achalm. Fantastic view over Reutlingen, nice SPA with an outside swimming pool gives you a hint of luxury. The restaurant was unfortunately closed during our stay.
Helpful staff. Clean room with everything we needed. Free minibar in the room was handy. Convenient location near the tourist area of Reutlingen and train station.
Well appointed, very comfortable and conveniently situated Hotel.
Great breakfast buffet, and a Nespresso machine and a fresh bottle of mineral water every day.
