This is my second stay in Kleines and still happy with the place, I booked it in this site but unable to book the 2 nights when I arrived in the hotel they let me booked for another night and let me choose which room I wanted. The staff are very helpful even have a limited English but they try it so hard to explain things to you. The place is near the bus stop Bus 142 and near Heimfeld station with S Bahn.

The bathroom and room was clean, perfect shower, the heaters in room are working, very stable internet. I've enjoyed their breakfast and it was more than suffient. The hotel was located in a quiet area, and no noise in the area. There are enough free parking places, and when you're lucky you can have a spot in front of the hotel. The Staff was excellent and friendly and always eager to help. Only 2 things were missing in the room: Tea/coffee making facilities and a thicker pillow

This hotel was absolutely worth every penny and I had a perfect stay! The bathroom and room was clean, perfect shower, the heaters in room are working, very stable internet. I've enjoyed their breakfast and it was more than suffient. The hotel was located in a quiet area, and no noise in the area. There are enough free parking places, and when you're lucky you can have a spot in front of the hotel. The Staff was excellent and friendly and always eager to help. It's a great base if you want to explore Hamburg (20-25 min. by car)

facilities There are some facilities such as oven, microwave, tableware, shower,shared toilet, and some. What is more, the contact tool is too poor. When I arrived at the hotel, I only needed to call staff. I have no tool to call owner because I came from foreign country, Japan and have no SIM card.

Small hotel in the middle of nothing - great localization for the business trip. Only 15 minutes by bus to Harbourg. The room was old, not renovating for a while time, but clean. Very nice and helpful hotel team. Breakfast was absolutely enough to find some good for everyone.

G&H Rosengarten is a nice Hotel a few steps away from Harburg. The staff at check-in was very kind and ready to give any kind of help. My room was very large and well furnished.
