The Goldenen Kreuz in the village of Pfrungen is part of the wider area community of Wilhelmsdorf. This Gasthof is a good base for trips out, eg Illumensee (Lake & water sports) is nearby, The town of Friedrichshafen and Lake Konstanz is in easy reach by car. The Hochsten mountain (880m) is a easy drive and affords an excellent view to the Swiss alps and overlooks the Lake. Plenty of places to see and go.

I never had a breakfast with such big and tasty breadrolls, amazing! Having breakfast under an umbrella (sun) outside in a beautiful setting. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is very quiet. A great place to stay.
