Really nice place! Well maintained! Rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast was great. They even prepared dinner for us! Hugo was easy to reach with WhatsApp. He organized transport for us from/to the airport as well.

The grounds are immaculately kept and they even had real polo games going on when we stayed! The menu at La Palma was very good, especially the Ecuadorian food (unsurprisingly) and the pizza (quite surprisingly!). Our bartender Diego also did a great job -- definitely try the frozen drinks and cocktails. The feel was incredibly authentic and made for a wonderful stay, we were welcomed and will definitely return next time we are in Quito!GuileB351United States

We had a last-minute change in travel plans and booked a night here rather than one of the airport hotels. We'd had a super stressful day traveling to Quito but the stress dissipated the minute we arrived here. The short time we had, we really enjoyed the beautiful grounds, bird and flower filled trails and our quick, tasty breakfast. If I'm ever in Quito again, I'll stay longer! Breakfast was exceptional with fresh fruit and juices, “home-baled” breads and pastries, and delicious hot breakfast options—eggs, sausages, tomatoes, etc. We really enjoyed the Ecuadorian specialties available on the dinner menu in the restaurant. Very happy with all aspects of our stay including the free shuttle to and from the airport.
