The revolving restaurant in the hotel was lovely. The Grande Nile Dinner Cruise ship is located at the hotel, which was so convenient for us to go on. They also gave a discount to hotel guests.
The hotel is bright, spacious and it has ATM machines there.
The staff were helpful, polite and friendly. We had a Nile view room, which was very nice.

Everything from. A to Z was really good. I was on the 9th floor, room 929 and The housekeeping Mohammed Yaseen was excellent with great communication and made us feel at home. The guest relations Rana was also polite and helpful with room calls to.ask if our stay was good and I we needed anything and also came in person to see us. The staff in the arco Lounge were fantastic Mr Islam with great English and interesting football discussions on the Premier League along with waiter Romany very good and cheerful.
The breakfast was nice and filling.
No problems with money exchange from the ATM available in the lobby. I would definitely book this hotel again.
