Not only did the lovely Hugo and Elena invite us to join them for a family New Year Eve celebration in their home with the best Spanish cuisine we have come across followed by flamenco and fireworks but Hugo helped us with the car Sat Nav and gave us an adapter which we had left behind for charging our phones. Freshly baked bread by Elena every morning set up for the day. They also gave us ideas of where to go. Elena and Hugo are the “hosts from heaven”. Thank you both!

The apartment was way bigger than we thought. It was very clean and had everything we needed and the price is extremly good. The town, Aljaraque is very peaceful and has restaurants and a small supermarket nearby. There is a churrería only 3 min from the apartment, which is great to have breakfast. The bus station is 5 min away and there are busses that go to Huelva once an hour.
