The staff are really enthusiastic, they treated everyone of us alcohol as the welcome drinks. On the morning we left, it rained heavily. They drove us to the way of Camino de Santiago from the hotel.

The airport bus stop is only about 20 meters from the hotel's main entrance.
The hotel is small but very well maintained and with a very friendly team of employees.
My room was warm and sunny, the bed was very comfortable, not too soft and not too hard.
The food and beverage in the restaurant was very tasty, both dinner and breakfast.
The room and bathroom were very clean. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

The overworked staff and overbooked hotel came through with an acceptable solution. Very impressive! As there were no hotel rooms anywhere in town that night. The adjacent restaurant provided delicious food, reasonable prices, from yet another part of the hardworking team at this establishment. Big thumbs up, all the way around! As very tired Camino de Santiago pilgrims, we were very grateful.

We were given codes to the main door entrance and a seperate code for the room. Owner happened to be there when we checked. He informed us there will be no dinner as the kitchen is closed at 3pm. However we can get food at another hotel across the road. We were able to have breakfast at 7am next morning when the owner opens the cafe. Room is cosy, spacious bathroom, powerful hot showers.

From Amenal, it’s less than 10 miles to the Cathedral. Hotel Amenal has a lovely patio, a nice selection of meals from the refrigerated area (the spaghetti was fabulous!), and the room was very comfortable. Staff was more than pleasant! They went the extra mile!

Luckily, there was a hotel with an open bar across the street where we could get food. The room was nice and clean and the water was hot.
