My favorite was walking around the village of Arbizu.
My favorite was walking around the village of Arbizu. We ate at the hostel Azar Ondo where we stayed. Getting around Arbizu was easy! Too bad we could NOT go into the church because it was closed up.

Everything was fresh and high quality, with a good range of options for a continental breakfast. The gentleman tending breakfast was very friendly. Our room had a small balcony with a view of the mountain that was exquisite. Everything was super clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is an older building (historical?) that is very well maintained and is adorned with lovely art throughout.

It's a lovely house, very clean with great decor and comfortable surroundings. Mikele, the host, was absolutely brilliant - she went to great lengths to make us feel comfortable, and helped with recommendations and restaurant bookings. I cannot recommend this place highle enough.

The hotel just reopened after remodelling so the rooms are in perfect condition. We had a lovely stay and the hostess was very welcoming and eager to show us around the hotel with its rich history (old mill). She also gave us some tips of what to visit and where to eat. We discovered that the village itself is lovely. The staff was very pleasant and there's plenty of parking available. The room was very large and with air conditioning. It was clean, rooms were big, bed was enormous, shower was fabulous, bathroom was big, furnishings were tasteful, close to main Highway but far enough away to not hear it, plenty of parking. Would definitely stay here again.
