Comfortable bedrooms, plenty of space , best to get rooms overlooking front and side street of hotel, rooms at rear were not nice views, but of a wall and dark not good natural light. Good secure safe parking…reception / breakfast staff very pleasant…everyone smiles.

The location was fairly central and easy to drive to and an underground car park. The room and bed were fine but I don't know if it would be the same in the summer though two windows were available to open

The location was amazing and the staff were very pleasant. Being a part of the Plaza Mayor was very special. The parking was very convenient. We got great recommendations for tapas bars and resaurants from the staff.
