The room with a jacuzzi was fantastic. The environment and the facilities were very good. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great sleep. Breakfast is exceptional and ended our stay on a high note. We will certainly be back to stay again.

Totally unhappy One of the two rooms had no working AC Renter brought a fan but this was useless given the heat wave in Cuenca. Unable to get proper sleep Also poor maintenance and under equipped. We ask 50% refund
