Its a truly beautiful valley with great walks.
Its a truly beautiful valley with great walks. We had torrential rain but still enjoyed the area. Our accommodation was stunning with beautiful mountain views from the terrace . The owners of MAS PAU Country House hotel and Spa were very welcoming and the place was spotlessly clean. We were the only guests so restaurant facilities were limited.sueUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10

The accommodation was spotless, it has a kitchen with all the utensils you would need. The hosts are very friendly & helpful, nothing is too much trouble. It was a little cool at night (November) but there are heaters provided & its was cosy. A nice touch was the bathrobe & slippers provided. It is a small apartment but as we didn’t spend much time in it, it wasn’t an issue. It’s in a great location with Both Llíber & Xalo only a short distance away, which have good bars & restaurants. & Xalo has a supermarket. We spent the week mountain biking, we found our own routes but the hosts know of a chap who provides guided rides. An excellent place to relax & unwind.

Lliber is a typically Spanish village.
Lliber is a typically Spanish village. It is very pretty and laid back. Streets have wonderful arrangements of flowers. There is a bakers shop, bar and restaurants. There is a car park just off the main street.
