Location was pretty good. Breakfast consisted of croissants, butter/jam and drinks left on a tray in the room. We could not find any utensils in the kitchen. We had difficulty getting into the premise. There was no one around. The place looked deserted and run down. We thought it had closed down for business. We finally got in after calling the phone no and getting the instructions from the owner. We had booked two rooms. Our friends’ twin room had the smell of cigarette smoke which they were unhappy about. We would not stay here again.

The location was great, near enough Cercedilla town for a nice walk (25min) or short trip by car (5min) through dirt road. The room was spacious with lovely balcony and nice views. In a quiet area. The restaurant in the hotel was handy and staff serving were very good.

Easy to find for an over stay during a bike tour. Comfortable quite rooms (it was very empty) lovely evening meal even had a vegan option. Good breakfast, friendly helpful staff.

We were at April so we didn't use pool. Nice place to stay and travel around - Real El Escorial, Segovia, Manzanares castillo de Mendoza. They have private parking, each room downstairs has an exit to the yard with chairs and table. Very clean, perfect bathroom. Very helpful staff even though they don't speak English that well, we succeeded to communicate. Good breakfast and beautifully decorated dining room even when we were all alone at the property. Did their best to arrange us breakfast take away on an early check-out.
