The atmosphere and quality of service. Much like being at a family place, hospitality.
The Fonda Can Fasersia, set in the heart of the old quarter of La Pobla de Segur, at the foot of the Pyrenees, is a fine budget option with free Wi-Fi.

Together with my partner we only spent 1 night at Casa Leonardo and to be honest wish we'd spent more! We're definitely going back. We loved everything: the authenticity of the place, the host, the food. EVERYTHING. Congrats to the owners for putting so much love into this jewel of a place.
La Fabrica Casa Rural offers accommodation in Senterada. The farm stay has a seasonal outdoor pool, and children's playground, and guests can enjoy a drink at the bar.

What an AMAZING please! The hosts are truly welcome and care about the guests! Our boys injoyed fishing with the host that was extremely kind to give them a fishing hook as a gift. The breakfast is fresh and delicious, the nature around is amazing, the place is very clean and restful. The hosts took care of everything we needed. Amazing stay!

How clean and cozy the place is, but the highlight of our stay was the service. The staff was really friendly and helpful all the time.

We found many restaurants were closed as we went there just before high season.
We didn't find much to do in the town itself and we just stayed there as a "base" to explore the area places such as Sort, Tremp, Aigüestortes...
As we were there at the end of June before high season, we found many restaurants were closed so not a lot of choice around..
We recommend checking the celebration of the Raiers. Very interesting to see how wooden rafts are constructed and navigated down the river as it was done a century ago to transport wood.
Location was amazing, it was in the old town. Very beautiful street and buildings. The hotel building itself was very interesting, great to explore for the architecture enthusiasts. It was a bit sad that there had been very basic modern renovation done to this magnificent old building (I mean in the rooms and hallways), Would have liked to see how it looked like originally. There should be old photos of the rooms on the walls of the hotel. The room was small but it was OK. We liked that there was a sink in the room. Price was very decent.
We had only booked the room without breakfast, lunch or dinner, but we stayed in one night and ate in the hotel's restaurant. The food was GREAT!
Not in the centre of town, but easy walking distance.
Air-conditioning in the room and all was very clean.
Receptionist always keen to help with any questions and information.
It was a very welcoming reception in this simple but well-located hotel. The hotel is very friendly for cyclist and they have an excellent place to store them and also e-bike to rent. The breakfast was sufficient and rather simple but the coffee was excellent. Nearby Hotel Sole offers great lunches and dinners.
Old very basic Hotel. It have bar and restaurant, i think... But at least those were not open, in that saturday evening.
When i booked in, forget to ask breakfast option (they have, i found that in the morning) and i have bought breakfast stuff in the evening before from bakery.
Hotel Sole was a nice place to stay- central location, elevator for getting heavy luggage to upper floors, good breakfast, nice pool and yard area, attached bar/restaurant for food and drink whenever you want, rooms were nothing special, but perfectly adequate.
This Hotel is perfectly adequate in every way and offers a good value stay. We enjoyed a pleasant evening out in the town and enjoyed a good meal at El Raier restaurant. A good price to quality relationship at this accommodation
we have stayed at the Hotel Sole on a few occasions and have always found the Hotel very comfortable, the staff are always extremely helpful and pleasant and the facilities of a very good standard.
A great family run hotel combining family friendliness and modern amenities. The pool was good and the aircon was welcome. Food, both evening and at breakfast was excellent.
Lovely hotel, staff were lovely and room very comfortable. The bar downstairs serves food which is very reasonably priced. Private parking for motorbikes, free of charge.
