The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Location of hotel was great - central and close to attractions.
The room was a great size. Showers fantastic. Breakfast was really good. View of the Aquaduct was fantastic.
We will definitely stay here again.

However, a member of staff waited until we arrived and was very friendly and helpful. She also suggested where we could eat as it was Monday,and all the restaurants in the village were closed. Room was comfortable and the bathroom very good with plenty of hot water. Normally we stay in Segovia, however, with the Covid situation we decided we wanted to stay away from a town. This was a perfect location for our overnight stop.

My dogs are non shed and super clean so it was fabulous to be in a room which was so fresh. I loved that my room opened out into the garden so easy access for the fur babies.
