It is easy to get a bus straight to the airport from outside...
It is easy to get a bus straight to the airport from outside the hotel as well as to other parts of Madrid like the NASSICA Mall. There is a shopping mall beside the hall where I had dinner twice which was very good. The hotel was clean and tranquil. Staff were easy to communicate with one lady stood out at the reception but I cannot remember her name she has brown or blond hair speaks really good English. It was a great stay.AAnonymousNigeria

Having left the hotel and made our way to our home in Mojacar I found I left our spare car keys in the hotel. The hotel very kindly arranged the delivery of the keys to our solicitor in Mojacar and it was a very reasonable cost. We left Sunday and got the keys back on Thursday. Excellent service - above and beyond.

We arrived after midnight with 3 little sleeping kids at the car. The owner let us in to her privet parking and helped us with our check in. Just across the street there is a lively pub. We grab a grown-up hour for a beer. The breakfast was reach and tasty for the kids too. The hotel room is comfortableלימור ברIsrael

Not much English spoken in the restaurant and the menu is in Spanish but that's our fault very little spanish We would definitely stay again food was good. Recommended.
