We have stayed here before so knew what to expect - the hotel is in a one-way system and the entrance to the parking garage is round the corner and then into a lift to the basement levels, where space is quite tight. The receptionist was wonderful and our room was elegant, clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and an excellent bathroom.

It's an attractive town, with good restaurants and shopping and lovely architecture and historic landmarks. The park is lovely too, and we visited museo casa de cervantes which was quite a highlight and beautifully presented. Quite an underrated town I would say.
We ate at a couple of good restaurants la tasquita which is a good tapas bar and also Los zagales where we had a fixed price menu which was excellent.

Beautiful old town and Plaza Mayor.
Beautiful old town and Plaza Mayor. Cathedral is less impressive. During my visit in September a festival was going on and the city was alive with music and food stalls every where. A lot of bike lanes and bikes for hire make you go around the city very easy.

Lovely, compact city to stroll around.
Lovely, compact city to stroll around. Plenty of cafes/bars/restaurants. Some fabulous architecture. Places worth visiting are National Sculpture Museum, Cathedral and Parque Campo Grande (beautiful, tranquil Park in the centre of the city). Unfortunately, the Casa de Cervantes was closed the weekend I was there, so can't comment on it.
I had no need for public transport except when I went to the football stadium (which is 2/3km beyond the river).
Overall, a very friendly, pleasant and safe city. Would definitely return.

We picked Valladolid a convenient place to rest, for a couple of days, on a long journey but it is a fascinating small city with a rich history and lots to see on foot, a huge range of places to drink and eat and watch the world go by.

We were greeted and felt very welcomed by Hotel Manager Roberto. You could tell he was very proud of the hotel and city. He gave us tips on where to eat and places to see. It was a shame we were only there one night - however, we would definately return.
The location is excellent. I come to Valladolid fairly often, so I knew what to expect.
The property size is quite good. The main selling point to me was the terrace and the view from it.
The apartment is reasonably well stocked and probably has everything you need to cook a meal - although why would you when so many incredible restaurants and bars are only steps away.
The property is very close to being excellent, there are a few easy fixes for existing problems.
Great flat in the centre of Valladolid! The location was excellent, with easy walking distance to the historic part of town, main square and the museum of sculpture. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby, including the best rated restaurant in Tripadvisor 10 meters from the property. The garage is only big enough for a small car, but still quite useful to keep you vehicle in a safe space in town. The owner was wonderful and had clear and frequent communication with as.
This is an excellent hotel, with very helpful and professional staff. Our room was large, with a large bathroom and a wonderful shower. The location was absolutely perfect. It is less than 10 minutes walk from the train station, across the street from the wonderful Campo Grande Park and less than 10 minutes walk from the Plaza Mayor. The pillows and bedding were very good.
Super location in Valladolid. It's difficult to reach by car but once you do there is an underground parking at the hotel. It's old and not easy to navigate but ideal to park as there are no other options nearby.
Hotel has a classic atmosphere and room was nice and comfy. Very good breakfast with personal aiming to please.
The price was very good and the hotel and staff exceeded our expectations. My borther and I had just had a very hard time arranging our mothers funeral in spain. We stopped off here on our way back to the UK. The comfort and kindness we were greeted with here meant the world to us.
The location was just perfect! As soon as you step out, you're right in the centre (Plaza Mayor) of Valladolid. I really like the size of the rooms and the curtains really block out the sunlight so you could sleep in and not know it's morning! Perfect for a relaxing holiday.
The Location is perfect !!! Everything within walking distance. The view from our balcony to Campo Grande was beautiful. Super confortable room and bed. Loved Valladolid and this hotel.
everything excellente. the Junior Suite was very ample with a lot a light by the huge windows. The hotel is like 2 miles from the center Plaza Mayior, but was a good walk to exercise,
Everything was truly excellent - staff, parking at the hotel, room, comfort, location, breakfast (which was superb). If we return to Valladolid we will return to this hotel.
An outstanding place to spend an evening or longer if needed. All the facilities were just what was required and everything worked.
