They helped us from the word go. Our room were ready and clean. Although it is a hostel room, we never felt crowded. The bathrooms were clean and huge. It was a cold day and we asked for an extra blanket. They did not have but the big young guy went to his own house and brought us the warmest blanket ever. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
