I only speak English and there is little to no information available in the local area in English, and they helpfully answered my questions. During my 5 night stay, there was an unfortunate incident involving a member of the public coming into the hotel and a Police response being required, and the hotel staff handled it brilliantly.

Tried AirBnB and other hotels in the surroundings. Next time i will book here again.
