I picked it for it's good reviews and they were not wrong. Location was superb for us. The hosts were so welcoming and the 3 course meal they provided was delicious as was their traditional French breakfast. The motel room was warm and comfortable with an excellent shower and we were able to park outside. The host was happy to welcome us in before the standard time.

The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. The roaring log burner was lovely. We had delicious food in the evening and for breakfast. The owner couldn’t have put herself out more to make sure we had everything we needed.

Excellent value for money. The gîte was cool and out of the sun most of the day. Outside seating was in the sunshine with a parasol if needed. Secure off-road parking. All the facilities we needed for a short break in the area.

Friendly, welcoming Dutch hosts. Bastiaan was great considering they weren't aware they're gite was being advertised yet! Error by booking.com. Beautifully renovated property. They'd clearly tried to think of everything to make guests comfortable. The floors were exceptionally cold but it is February & they did, thankfully provide 'slippers'! I imagine this will be a huge bonus in the summer heat anyway! Peaceful, quiet surroundings.
