Wonderfully located apartment in Ay, walking distance to local restaurants and amenities, easy drive to champagne houses in Epernay. The apartment was well set up with a mini kitchen and seating areas. Communication with our host was good and timely, but we never met. On street parking outside or nearby, depending on the amount of traffic parking.

Location top - Close to Epernay but not in the place full with tourist which made it calm and beautiful.
We stayed in the small detached house. Simply top. Beautiful, cozy and private.
The champagne is also very good and the lounge very comfortable which makes having a drink there also fantastic.
Parking easy and abundant.
Breakfast was great and if you stay at the detached house they bring it to you!
It’s the only place I have stayed that actually looked better than in the pictures

Lovely flat in an excellent location. The host had so kindly left us some toys for our son and a cot which was incredibly thoughtful of him. We had a great nights stay whilst driving back from the Alps. Thank you

I've been traveling for 4 months and have booked many apartments during this time. I would say that Ay Central is absolutely one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in. The location, the quietness of the apartment, the comfort level, the wifi speed, the kitchen facilities and staples, the overall feel of the apartment and the incredibility helpful host Cedric made our stay a very special one. I wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you for a great stay.

Absolutely great French-style breakfast with freshly-backed croissants, cheese, coffee, juice... Great benefit is that is was served for the time we've asked, so we didn't need to rush and colud sleep late). Though it's an old house, property is fully renovated and super clean.
