Located in Bagnolet, only a 5-minute walk from Gallieni Metro Station, Novotel Paris Est is a modern hotel with La Manufacture MEB restaurant and bar.

Location is poor. In a very busy and loud neighborhood with not a lot nearby. Breakfast is extra. Was told the bar opened at 12, then 3, finally opened at 4. No coffee available.

The location is incredible right by markets, restaurants, and public transit. Plus everything one would need is in the apartment. One of my favorite stays ever.

It's a great option for budget travellers with easy access to public transport including metro and bus. The surrounding area is a bit rough around the edges, but there is a mall across the street which is very convenient for picking up necessities and snacks. The restaurant in the building has lots of options and is not too pricey.

It is easy to get around Bagnolet - public transport works very well, but it is also easy to walk to other places. We spent days exploring Paris but had breakfast in the nearest bakeries that served good coffee, delicious baguettes and pastries. We also tried the local Chinese bar in the mall, and the food was good.
Another convenience is Auchan next to the hotel, Lidl within walking distance, and many small local stores and restaurants.
The neighbourhood is not beautiful but safe and relatively quite.

Having stayed often in 'budget' hotels I can say this is one of the better ones. The staff in particular were especially friendly, efficient and helpful to tourists.
The room was fine, although a little small, and the facilities functional and clean. Breakfast was tasty and filling and the dining area kept well clean. The hotel location is ideal for a couple traveling by car to visit Paris as parking is available without the need to drive into Paris city centre and the metro station entrance is just a few metres from the hotel.
We can certainly recommend the Reseda as a place from which to explore Paris for a long weekend.

The location was excellent for us...just outside the last arrondissement but with a metro connection across the street and an Auchan grocery store within 1 block. The price was less than 1/2 what we would have paid nearer tourist attractions. Getting there was super easy: bus # 351 from CDG Airport was a direct link, had room for our luggage and cost only 2.5 euros when we purchased tickets from the driver.

We had a few nights at the hotel while exploring Paris. It was fairly close to the Metro and easy to get into the city. A good budget alternative for your Paris vacation. All clean and tidy, but nothing extra. You get what you pay for!

If you are happy with a simple but clean place to stay, this B&B place is a good option. Safe, friendly staff, a comfortable bed, fast internet, good grocery shopping and eating places just round the corner. It is not far from the CDG airport as well as the top attractions in Paris, like the Louvre or the Eifel Tower. If you make you reservation via Booking.com, you get discount ticket offers for trips and tours.
The bar offered a fantastic selection of happy hour cocktails and the bar itself was a comfortable and relaxing environment with friendly staff who made ever effort to accommodate us. The rooms were cleaned daily and to a higher standard than you would expect from a budget hotel (the bathrooms were also nice with good lighting for post happy hour selfies) they also had security on the door which provided just that little extra reassurance. there was also a metro station providing a direct route into Paris through line 3.
Our room was nice, the property is just across the underground station. Easy access to whole Paris and Versailles. There is a supermarket, shopping centre and few restaurants within few minutes. Sydney checked us in and whenever he sees us, he’s always smiling. He gave us a warm welcome although the front door was a mess. The lady during breakfast, she doesn’t speak English but she’s lovely and always trying to help when you need anything. She always has a smile on her face as well.
Close to the metro station. Clean inside the apartment. Easy to collect the key and good contact with the owner. The family bed was comfortable, while the extensible sofa somewhat less - but good enough for a child. The street was not noisy, so we could sleep well. The kitchen well equipped with the basic appliances, for preparing breakfast or a light dinner.
Our 9 days in Paris were excellent!
Fully functional hotel, rooms are pretty small but good for few nights stay. clean & near to metro station, carrefour supermarket & restaurants are also nearby. A flea market is there in the ground across the main street (opposite carrefour supermarket) everyday from morning 8:00 AM till evening, nice things are available there at cheap price.
I liked how spacious this 3-bedroom was and it was a great value! It’s close to a few markets so we were able to walk and buy groceries. It was much more economical for our group to stay in Bagnolet than to stay in Paris. The property was super clean. We loved having the double shower, double sink, and laundry units in the bathroom.
The house is Very close to the metro station and food outlets. Its a nice apartment with good bed , kitchen facilities and clean toilet. Checkin and checkout was very smooth. The host was very cordial and friendly. Overall very good three nights stay. When i come back to paris i will rent this place again.
Price- one of the cheapest in Paris (a reflection of the undesirable neighborhood).
The bed was comfortable and have a sink inside the room. There are a number of shower cubicles on each floor and have space to hang your dry stuff.
Reasonable distance from the metro.
The stay was okay, but the hotel could do a lot better on cleanliness of the rooms and corridors. I didn't try the breakfast option, though the staff was generally nice and helpful with everything. They were happy to converse in English and available for help.
It’s difficult to find a large apartment with balcony and parking like this in Paris. This area is very comfortable. Lidl is under the building. It takes only few minutes to go to metro and supermarket. There are many restaurants, cafés nearby.
The host is really kind.
The loft is far from the centre of Paris but there is not any problem to access the centre of Paris.
You can take a metro from Robespierre station(Metro No. 9) or Gallieni(Metro No. 3) to visit the centre of Paris..
The Metro station was next to the hotel. Next to the hotel is a super market where you can buy anything. Opposite direction is a very nice and cheap restaurant. The staff in the reception was very helpful and friendly (especially Nikos).
morning buffet was nice. There was a lot of jams, various teas.
Good location to come by car. but it was far from central Paris.
There is no glitz in Paris around.
