Amazing place. Food phenomenal. Note though that restaurant reservations need to be made weeks or months ahead. They had a great picnic basket dinner option when reservations are full. Breakfast was amazingly good. The option to walk around the monestary at night and early am without tourists made all the difference.

We spent 2 nights at La Croix Blanche. It is in the centre of a charming and small village. There is ample parking at the rear of the hotel. As it is an old property there are no lifts to the bedrooms.
We stayed in the family room - spacious and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was very good and we had an enjoyable dinner in the hotel with very good service.

Breakfast was excellent - freshly squeezed OJ & fresh croissants. It is down in the 'cellar' part of the hotel, not outdoors as suggested by their photo on booking.com

Location, view from balcony and cleanliness stood apart. We enjoyed our 1-night stay with my wife & two kids. The room design with 2nd floor mezzanine is convenient for 4. Buffet breakfast had plenty of choice as well.
