Great communication with Olivier before our visit. He was there to greet us and show us round. He reserved the pool for us on our arrival which was very welcome after a long drive from the Alps. He also kindly booked a table at the Chateau for dinner. I would highly recommend Lorengrain.

We loved the location of this hotel. We were travelling between Calais and the Alps; and waking up to a beautiful lake view here was such a pleasure. The room was great for a family of 4. Parking was very easy in their car park. Breakfast was good. Great places to sit outside and the children liked the playground and table football. Particular thanks to the lovely reception staff.

Location was good, reception and breakfast/bar area was very appealing, decor pleasant and modern - good continental breakfast

Beautiful hotel and gardens, lovely, well furnished and clean room. Well placed for our trip and using Eurotunnel. After along drive, it would be nice to have tea/coffee-making facilities in the room and drinking water in the fridge but this is a minor point overall.
