We got to the property and the owner claimed that our booking had been wiped out of his system and so he didn’t have the three rooms that we had booked and also confirmed by telephone five days before we were due to arrive

We had the perfect trip. The host kindly met us at the property at a time that was convenient to us. We visited to attend the Beaujolais marathon so having the addition of the sauna and hot tub was a huge benefit. We drove to France so having the secure parking was a bonus. This was our second stay at this chateau, which is conveniently located for the restaurant in Fleurie, in the heart of Beaujolais. Our room was very spacious. We requested a fan for the room, which was provided.

Rapid and useful communication. Easy arrival. 5 minutes walk into the town. Spacious, private, quiet and comfortable. Tea, coffee, orange juice, brioche, yoghurt available for breakfast. Great value.

Peaceful location in the middle of the Fleurie vineyards Lodge/chalet was comfortable with everything that you need Facilities seemed fine though we didn't take advantage of the pool etc

Lovely place for a stopover. Very tranquil surroundings perfect for walking the dog, staff are friendly and professional. Restaurant is exceptional and rooms are generously sized. Will try the spa next time!

The location is amazing. Very tranquil amongst the vineyards of Beaujolais. Lovely building and gardens (with small pool), wonderful couple who run it and great breakfast. Only slight downside was we arrived late and there is no restaurant but the helpful man who runs the hotel arranged for us to go to a nearby restaurant for dinner. Overall it was great and I was sad we weren't staying for longer. Would recommend and I'd love to go back.
