Very nice hotel, exceptionally clean, nice towels and linens, convenient outside area for the dog, and Tesla Superchargers in the parking lot.
We would definitely stay in one of these hotels again.

From the outside I was nervous about what I was getting into, but it was nicer than it looked from the outside. My first impression was that the service was excellent. Very friendly encounters with all the employees. The room was a decent size and comfortable. The thermostat actually worked, which isn't always a given. The breakfast was good with a decent selection. OK location if you're visiting Lyon and don't want to pay the premium to stay in town.

We liked everything about this hotel.
Built around the medieval mansion, this hotel is very cozy. The room was big and clean, with a convenient and comfortable bed. The lady at the reception spoke very good English and was extremely helpful.
There is a free parking onsite.

The property is very basic but good value for money. The owners are going out of their way to make you feel comfortable, if it’s hopping over to help you buy a train ticket at the station, facilitating a very late breakfast for only you, nothing is too much to ask!
Hotel Le Chatard features a swimming pool and a tennis court. In the gold stones area of Beaujolais, it is a 30 minute drive from Lyon.

Quiet location.The park behind the hotel is nice. Parking was great. The staff was very friendly and tried their best to solve problems.
Due to the restaurant being closed, I was able to order a cold platter which excellent.
